  9.     The Governor of North Dakota came under fire from
  10. disapproving legislators who discovered a radar detector --
  11. legal in North Dakota -- in his truck. Sinner explained that
  12. the fuzz buster was a gift from his children. Said he: "It's
  13. sort of a sacred, emotional thing."
